Abstract

The porpose of this research to find out the influence of mix marketing commendable that maintain from Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, dan Customer Service have an effect according altogether include parsial toward decision to choose the program of certificate or diploma 1 in poltek .the popu;lation inside the research is to university student from that program certificate poltek. The grade of 2011/2012 with amount university student as many 55 people as a sample . The analysis in order to bifilar regresition with significant test F and T. The result of the summary that (1)Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, dan Customer Service according to the whole it is had a strong influence to chose that 1 Diploma program at the Polytechnic Malang State ,this case really could we were seen from determination of the coefficient (R2)that have been be agreeable and suitabled ,Adjusted R Square as big as 0,503 or 50,3% that means product of a variable, Produk (X1), Price (X2), Place (X3), Promotion (X4), People (X5), Process (X6), dan Customer Service (X7) give contribute as big as 50,3% toward the decision what student of a university have been chosen this 1 Diploma program at the Polytechnic Malang State (Y) whereas the residue that is as much 49,7% that is because the other variable whom not thorough in this research.
