Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of work motivation on employee job satisfaction, to determine the influence of leadership on job satisfaction of employees, to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee job satisfaction, work motivation to learn has an effect on the performance of the company, to determine the leadership has influence on the performance of the company, to determine the influence of organizational culture on firm performance and to determine the influence job satisfaction and company performance. The population in this study were employees at the Hotel Riche. The samples used by 75 employees. Sample collection was done by using a sample that is saturated with a sampling technique taking overall member population. Testing the hypothesis of motivation, leadership, organizational culture, job satisfaction directly affects performance, and indirectly leadership and significant positive effect on performance through job satisfaction. But indirectly organizational culture also has a significant influence on the performance of employees through job satisfaction. Testing the influence of motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on performance showed that four independent variables affect the performance, which means motivation, leadership, organizational culture, and job satisfaction can influence the performance of employees in Malang Riche. Testing the magnitude of the indirect effect of each variable is by multiplying the coefficients obtained indirect leadership variables have a greater influence on the performance of the company, this suggests that the role of leadership can affect employee performance in Hotel Riche Malang.
