Abstract

The study was conducted on Dewarna Hotel , Malang . In order to determine the effect of variable tangibles , reliability, responsiveness , assurance and empathy towards the consumer 's decision to stay at the Hotel Dewarna Malang . The analytical method used is quantitative analysis methods , validity and reliability , multiple linear regression analysis , analyzing the data : the requirement - requirement linear regression test consisting of F test and t test . Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires . This study used a sample of 40 respondents . The results showed that the tangibles significant effect on the decision to stay at Hotel Dewarna Malang .
