Abstract

Business competition is unavoidable by the business man. Especially companies working in manufacturing. This situation forced the company to develop product excellence to compete with other companies. The advantages seen from the quality attributes of the products each company is different. Product attributes that can be offered include product quality, design and service to meet the ultimate goal of the product is purchased. The results of this study indicate that the product quality, design, and service simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on purchasing decisions on UD Abadi Jaya Pratama furniture. Furthermore, the variable quality of the product is not a dominant factor but variable service.
