Abstract

This research includes correlational research type with quantitative approach done at PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu. This study aims to determine the effect of Commitment and Organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on Employee Performance with Employee Engagement as intervening variable. Data collection method in this research is questionnaire or questionnaire. The sampling technique used is random sampling. With a sample of 50 employees from PT. Kusuma Satria Dinasasri Wisatajaya Batu. Hypothesis testing is done by multiple regression analysis for hypothesis 1,2,3,4, and 5, jaur analysis for hypothesis 6 and 7 through SPPS 22.0 for windows program. Based on the results of research proves that there is a direct influence between commitment to employee engagement. There is a direct influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee engagement. There is a direct influence of commitment to employee performance. There is a direct influence of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on employee performance. There is a direct influence of employee engagement on employee performance. While the results show commitment and performance have greater influence and employee engagement is not intervening variable because the result is less influence. And the results of organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and employee performance influence directly greater and employee engagement is not intervening variable because the result is less influence.
