Abstract

This research and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to STIE Malangkucecwara Malang students with the title "PERCEPTION ANALYSIS OF BENEFITS, RISK, EASY OF USE AND TRUST TO INTEREST USING MOBILE BANKING SERVICES" (study on Student (i) STIE MALANGKUCECWARA). This study aims to analyze the effect of benefits, risks, ease of use and trust in student interest (i) using mobile banking services. The sampling method used is the accidental sampling. The sample in this research is 94 students (i) STIE Malangkucecwara, data collecting technique is done by spreading the questionnaire and then analyzed the data obtained by using quantitative data analysis. Quantitative analysis includes: validity and reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing through t test and F test, and coefficient of determination analysis (R2). The data that has met the validity test, reliability test and classical assumption test processed so as to produce regression equation. Hypothesis testing using t-test showed that four variables, the perception of benefit (X1), risk perception (X2), perception of ease of use (X3) and trust perception (X4) studied were proved to significantly influence partially on the dependent variable of interest in using mobile service banking.
