Abstract

The purpose of this study to determine the external factors that affect consumer behavior, including cultural factors, sosial class, sosial groups and references, The families simultaneously have an influence on the decision of the customer to save at Bank Mandiri Syariah Branch Malang and to know which external factors that have dominant influence on the decision of the customers to save at Bank Mandiri Syariah Branch Malang. The population in this study are customer who save in Syariah Mandiri Branch Malang for 1 month as many 124 people. The sampling technique using Accidental Sampling is anyone who by chance encountered the researcher can be used as a sample with the records of people who met is indeed respresentatif to be a respondent. From result of hypothesis test proving that culture, Social class, Social groups & Reference, and family variable patially have significant influence to decision of saving at Bank Syariah Mandiri Branch of Malang and cultural variable have dominant influence to decision of saving in Bank Syariah Mandiri Malang Branch.
