Abstract

This research is aims to measure how much influence brand trusts, facilities and locations have on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. Determination of samples on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty will use accidental sampling techniques. The data used in this study is primary data with a sample of 80 respondents. The analysis method used in this study is path analysis used as data processing. The results of this study are brand trust has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, facilities have a positive effect on customer satisfaction, location has a positive effect on customer satisfaction, customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty, brand trust has a positive effect on customer loyalty, facilities have a positive effect on customer loyalty and location positive influence on customer loyalty
