Abstract

This study aims to determine: (1) the extent of the influence of non-physical work environment, compensation, motivation, and work stress on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Hospital Malang partially. (2) the extent of the influence of non-physical work environment, compensation, motivation, and work stress on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Hospital Malang simultaneously. This type of research uses explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of Permata Bunda Malang Hospital, amounting to 183 people. Samples were taken totaling 116 employees. Data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression test. From the results of the analysis it can be concluded that: (1) non-physical work environment has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Malang Hospital with t count> t table (2.321> 1.9816) and significance ? 0.05 (0.022 ? 0 , 05). (2) Compensation has a positive and partially significant effect on the performance of Permata Bunda Malang Hospital with t count> t table (3.981> 1.9816) and significance si 0.05 (0.000 ? 0.05). (3) Motivation has a positive and partially significant effect on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Hospital Malang with t count> t table (3.338> 1.9816) and significance ? 0.05 (0.001 ? 0.05). (4) Job stress has a partial and significant negative effect on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Malang Hospital with t count> t table (-2.263> -1.9816) and significance ? 0.05 (0.026 ? 0.05). (5) Non-physical work environment, compensation, motivation, and work stress simultaneously have a significant effect on the employee performance of Permata Bunda Hospital Malang with F count> F table (31,455> 2,45) and significance ? 0,05 (0,000 ? 0, 05). (6) Large contribution of all independent variables to the dependent variable in the coefficient value (Adj R Square) of 51.4% and the remaining 48.6% are other factors outside of this study.
