Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Loyalitas Konsumen Pada Bisnis E-Commerce (Study Pada Mahasiswa Stie Malangkucecwara Malang)

The progress and development of the business world will certainly always be in tandem with existing technological developments. One technology that changes the way humans communicate and interact with their environment is internet technology. It is undeniable that this internet technology also influences the processes and ways of doing it in the business world. One form of business used by this technology is e-commerce. The purpose of this research is to find out the variables related to consumer loyalty. And to find out from among those that affect consumer loyalty, which affects partially on consumer loyalty. This study uses a quantitative method with a correlational approach and researchers use 50 students as samples. The results showed that the F test, F count> F table 71.998> 2.427 while the T test, T count> T table The most established results were values of 2.250> 2.015 and the results of Adjusted R Square were 81.9%. Each of them is significantly negative in price, image, convenience, service, and significant satisfaction with consumer loyalty.
