Abstract

The purpose of this study are 1) To determine the relationship and the effect partially on job rotation, job promotion, motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction (case studyat Malang Savana Hotel) 2) To find out the relationship and the effect of simultaneous rotation of positions, promotion, motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction (case study at Malang Savana Hotel) and 3) To find out and analyze variables that have a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction (case study at Malang Savana Hotel). This type of research in the preparation of this thesis is an explanatory research. The population in this study were employees of Savana Malang Hotel as many as 45 employees. In this sampling technique using a total sampling technique is taking randomly from the existing population with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis with F test and t test. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the following conclusions can be obtained: 1) There is a significant effect partially on job rotation, job promotion, motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction (case study at Malang Savana Hotel) 2) There is a significant influence simultaneously Job rotation, job promotion, motivation and workload on employee job satisfaction (case studies at Malang Savana Hotel) and 3) Motivation has a dominant influence on employee job satisfaction (case study at Malang Savana Hotel).
