Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the partial effect of transformational leadership style, job training, career development, work motivation on employee performance. The population in this study was 33 employees of Lowokwaru District Office in Malang City. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression From the results of the analysis, it is known that transformational leadership, job training, career development and work motivation affect employee performance, both simultaneously and partially. From these results, the employees must build their own motivation to work optimally, take the training well and seriously and take advantage of opportunities for career development to the fullest, this is necessary because of frequent changes in leadership (sub-district) in the sub-district office. Service to the community is the main task of employees, therefore working as a team is a must. Given the importance of employee performance in an organization for further research can use other relevant variables in influencing employee performance, such as bonuses, work environment and others. So that more and more information is obtained about how to improve employee performance in an organization
