Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Participatory and Compensation Leadership Style on Job Satisfaction conducted in Bakso Damas stall, Malang. Methods of data collection through interviews and questionnaires. The study sample consisted of 45 employees who worked in the field of meatball manufacture and sale. Hypothesis testing using linear regression analysis. The results showed there was a partial or simultaneous influence between the variables of Participatory Leadership Style on (X1) and Compensation (X2) on Job Satisfaction (Y) as evidenced from the F value of 24.675 greater than F table 3.32 or sig = 0.000 smaller from a = 0.050 it can be proven that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.
