Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how leadership, motivation, and work environment of human resources influence the performance of employees of PT Prima Duta Sejati Malang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method of primary data using a questionnaire. The results showed that leadership, motivation, and human resource work environment had a significant effect simultaneously on employee performance. Leadership has a significant partial effect on employee performance, motivation has a significant partial effect on employee performance, and the work environment has no significant partial effect on employee performance.
