Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of situational leadership style on employee performance in K3PC Cooperatives, to determine the effect of work communication on employee performance in K3PC Cooperatives, to determine the effect of situational leadership style and work communication on employee performance in K3PC Cooperatives and to find out which variables are the most dominant in influencing employee performance in K3PC Cooperatives. Employee performance is a result of work achieved by a person in carrying out tasks that are charged to him based on skills, experience, and sincerity and time. Performance can be influenced by situational leadership style and work communication. Situational leadership style is the level of one's maturity as the ability and willingness of employees to perform tasks. While communication is a process in organizational settings to keep management and employees informed about various relevant things. Situational Leadership Style (X1) can have a significant positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in K3PC Sangatta Cooperative, with a sig value of 0.000 0.05.
