Abstract

In the company PT. Percetakan Randuagung which is engaged in printing, this company is oriented towards work. But many factors can affect employee performance to get maximum work results. This study aims to examine the effect simultaneously and partially on the motivation, compensation, and work environment variables on the performance of employees of PT. Printing of Randuagung. This type of research is correlational and the samples taken are 67 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and analysis techniques using reliability test instrument method, classical assumption test, and multiple regression test. The results of the study prove that 1) Motivation, compensation, and work environment simultaneously affect employee performance with sig. 0,000 <0,05, 2) Partial motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with sig. 0.018 0.05, and the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with sig. 0,000 <0,05. The dominant variable is the work environment. The results of this study are supported by the research of Bayu Saptianingsih (2011).
