Abstract

This research was carried out with the title: ANALYSIS OF THE EFFECT OF SERVICES AND FACILITIES ON THE SATISFACTION OF STUDENTS IN LIBRARY STIE MALANGKUCECWARA. This research is based on the formulation of the problem that is the influence of service quality on student satisfaction and how much influence the quality of service on the level of student satisfaction at STIE Malangkuçeçwara Malang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. This method is used to predict the influence between one variable with another variable, in this study that variable X (Service Quality) is the dependent variable (free) and Y variable (Student Satisfaction) is an independent variable (bound). Respondents from STIE Malangkuçeçwara students took samples of 94 respondents. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of STIE Malangkuçeçwara library service quality on the level of student satisfaction on the STIE Malangkuçeçwara campus both simultaneously and partially. The analytical technique used is a test of research instruments consisting of tests of validity and reliability, classical assumption tests consisting of heterokdestisitas, multikolonieritas, autokolerasi, and normality. Then using multiple linear regression test, test the determination coefficient and test the hypothesis which consists of t test and test f. Whereas for variables that have dominant influence seen from the results of multiple regression analysis is the variable empaty X5) with t_count 2.850 with a significance level of 0.005 while the least influence is the guarantee variable (X4) with t_count of 2.126 and a significance level of 0.036
