Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of performance appraisal, job satisfaction and motivation on performance at PT DIAN ABADI MAKMUR both partially and simultaneously employees. The test is carried out by using the validity and reliability test method, correlation coefficient and determination coefficient, F test and t test. By using a sample of 75 respondents from the population of 93 respondents. This study uses quantitative data types using questionnaires and displays them into CSS and uses 5 measurement scales. From the calculation of the results of SPSS, the characteristics of respondents based on gender, characteristics of respondents based on age and characteristics of respondents based on length of work, then also obtained respondents 'responses to performance appraisal indicators, respondents' responses to job satisfaction indicators, respondents 'responses to motivation indicators and respondents' responses to indicators. employee performance and obtained results from the three variables (X) and one variable (Y) is valid and reliable. Likewise, the results of the multiple analysis show positive values on the three variables (X), the table of correlation coefficients obtained results strongly because 0.75> R> 0.99 and the coefficient of determination obtained 70% means that Y is able to explain the variable X1, X2, X3. The results of the F test obtained the results of Performance Evaluation, Job Satisfaction and Motivation on Employee Performance simultaneously significant effect and t test obtained the results of the three Performance Assessment variables partially significant effect on employee performance, Job Satisfaction partially significant effect on employee performance and influential Motivation partially significant to employee performance. And it can be seen that the performance appraisal variable has the most dominant influence among all variables.
