Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training (X1), work environment (X2), on employee performance (Y) through motivation as an Intervening variable. The population of this study were all employees of PT. Narmada Awet Muda Lombok is 500 people. The sample used is 85 people with Random Sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is path analysis / path analysis. The results showed that: (1) Judging from the F count of 41.855 and F table of 3.112 it can be said that the effect is significant because F arithmetic is greater than F table with a significant level smaller than ? = 5%, so it can be concluded that free training variables (X1) and work environment (X2) have a significant influence on motivation-dependent variables (Z). So, the proposed Hypothesis I can be verified. (2) Judging from the F count = 73.284 at a significance level of 0.000, it can be concluded that the independent variable Motivation has a significant effect on the variable Employee Performance (Y). So, the proposed Hypothesis II can be verified. From the F test between training variables (X1), work environment (X2) and motivation (Z) on employee performance obtained F count of 45.266 with a significance value of 0.000. The calculated F value is greater than the F table value (45.266> 3.112) and the significance value is smaller than ? = 0.05 0.000 <0.05.
