Abstract

This research outline aims to determine the e-commerce business. E-commerce business is a business activity carried out using the internet. But the specific purpose of this research is to find out the reasons for using Instagram social networking as a medium for e-commerce transactions, then how to e-commerce transaction procedures through Instagram social networking and how the level of buyer confidence in e-commerce transactions. The research method that researchers use is descriptive qualitative. The type of data used is primary data. The results of the analysis of e-commerce transactions through Instagram social networking shows that using Instagram media can provide an easy, effective, and efficient time and low cost of cost and benefit as well as a fairly high level of buyer confidence by conducting a careful analysis of online sales.
