Abstract

Employees of each company try to improve their performance, because they have a great expectation that can be obtained through the company where they work. Realizing this expectation, employees also demonstrate their commitment to the organization. In this study employee performance will be measured by variable employee expectations and organizational commitment. Respondents in this study were employees of PT. Sulutgo Bank in East Java Province (Surabaya and Malang Branches) totaled 44 respondents. The method to be used in this study is the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method using the SPSS application as a measuring aid. The results showed that employee expectation variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance, organizational commitment variables had a significant positive effect on employee performance. Data from the analysis also shows that the variable employee expectations and organizational commitment simultaneously or together have a significant positive effect on employee performance.
