Abstract

In general, this study aims to determine how the influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at Villa Songgoriti. to find out how the influence of physical facilities on consumer satisfaction at Villa Songgoriti, to find out how the influence of promotions on customer satisfaction at Villa Songgoriti, to find out how the influence of service quality, physical facilities and promotions on consumer satisfaction at Villa Songgoriti. The study was conducted on 55 songgoriti villa residents. Results of research Service quality variable (X1) is positive but does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y). Physical facilitiy variable (X2) is positive and has a significant influence on customer satisfaction (Y). Promotion variable (X3) is positive but does not significantly influence consumer satisfaction (Y)
