Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of intrinsic rewards on work motivation through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The research method used uses a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The object of this research is GraPARI Telkomsel Malang employees with of 32 people as the sample. The results show that intrinsic rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, intrinsic rewards have a positive and significant effect on work motivation, and the relationship between variables in this study is a direct relationship.
