Pengaruh Kompetensi, Komitmen dan Counterproductive Work Behaviour terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu

The results of this study aim to determine the effect of Competence, Commitment and CWB on Employee Performance at Golden Tulip Hollan Resort Batu. The sampling technique was determined by purposive sampling by distributing questionnaires to Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu employees who have a working period of approximately 2 years in several parts of work such as Human Resources, Accounting, Sales and Marketing, Front Office, Housekeeping, IT, Security, Kitchen. The research method was conducted with a descriptive analysis method, where the research sample was Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu. The statistical methods used are multiple correlation, multiple regression, partial significant testing (t test). The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant influence on the Competency (X1) variable of 4,679, Competency (X2) of 3,815 and CWB (X3) of 3,359 on the Employee Performance (Y) of Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu.
