Pengaruh Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja dan Lingkungan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of leadership, work motivation and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika, Jombang. In this study, using a sample of 50 people. The type of research used is quantitative by processing data obtained from questionnaires after first being transformed into numeric data (numbers) using a Likert scale. The data is processed using SPSS 23. The analysis used is multiple linear analysis. From the results of the coefficient of determination obtained is = 0.854 and the magnitude of the influence between leadership, work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Mitra Pinasthika Mustika Jombang is 71.1%. The ANOVA results show that F count is 41.267 while F table is 2.81 which can be seen at ? = 0.05 or 5%. Significant probability is much smaller than 0.05, which is 0,000 <0,05, so the regression model can be said that in this study leadership, work motivation, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. So the hypothesis in this study (H1) was accepted.
