In case of increasingly fierce company competition, the performance of employees must be increased. One example to maintain the employees’ performance is conducting evaluation for employees’ performance and make an improvement for the quality of the company, in order to be able to compete in the present competition tightly. Employees’ compensation also has an important role for a company to realize the employees’ performance productivity, leadership is the process of influencing or exemplifying by leaders the adherent to the achieve organisational goals, motivation is a process where necessities encourage someone to carry out a series of activities which lead the achievement of certain goals. In the cas the research was conducted by administering the questionnaires randomly to find out how much the influence of the employees’ performance levely by looking at the exising variables, the population were 60 people with random distribution and was calculated by using the statistic method in spss application The result of this study showed that compensation, leadership and motivatiob work have big positive impact on the employees’ performance in Kusuma Agrowisata Hotel Batu.
