Pengaruh Kompensasi, Motivasi Dan Kepuasan Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan

One of the real needs of an employee at work is to get a reward or compensation. In addition to compensation, employees also need to be motivated to work better and more productively in accordance with the wishes of the company. One important goal in human resource management in an organization is the creation of job satisfaction of members of the organization concerned. The data analysis method used is a qualitative method with a correlational research approach. A random sample was used, counting 10% of the population to 100 respondents. Using multiple correlation analysis, partial correlation and multiple regression. Meanwhile, to test the validity and reliability of the measuring instruments in each variable used an instrument test. The results of study note that the t test shows that the t calculated compensation variable is 11.518 the effect of compensation variable on work productivity variable (Y) is significant. The t-test results showed that the calculated motivation variable was 4.602 the effect of motivation variables on work productivity variables is significant The t test results show t count satisfaction variable of 4.196 the effect of satisfaction variables on work productivity variable is significant. The variable that has a dominant influence on productivity is the compensation variable because it has a beta value greater than the beta value of motivation and satisfaction variable, where the compensation variable has a beta value of 0.623 the motivation variable has a beta value of 0.237 and the satisfaction variable has a value beta 0.151.
