Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation and compensation on job satisfaction. The object of research chosen in this study is the PT.Badak Bangun Karya Bersama Company in Malang. Data was collected through a questionnaire method which was filled directly by 80 respondents who were selected by proportional random sampling from all employees totaling 100 employees. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression statistical analysis methods. Based on the results of hypothesis testing simultaneously and partially, it shows that leadership has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction.
