Abstract
Organizational Citizenship Behavior is freedom of choice and maybe approved and approved directly by the organization, but the obligation is related to improving organizational functions. If the development of characteristics focuses on individual behavior with organizational characteristics, it will form the development of individual motivation in an organization.This study discusses the influence of Organizational Citizenship behavior variables (Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue) on Development Behavior (study on STIE Malangkucecwara Employees). The type of research used in this study is correlational research with hypothesis testing using the method of multiple linear regression statistical analysis. This study uses independent variables Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Altruism, Conscientiousness, Sportsmanship, Courtesy, and Civic Virtue) on the dependent variable Development Behavior. This study uses a saturated sample technique and takes 51 samples of people as a sample because the population is less than 100 then the entire population as a sample.Based on the results of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior hypothesis test supported together on Developmental Behavior, this is evidenced by the value of Fcounting (93,483)> Ftable (2.57) with a significance value (P-value) of (0,000) (0.05), with the percentage effect of 91.2% based on the test of the coefficient of determination, while the remaining 8.8% is influenced by other factors. Partially the variables of altruism, conscientiousness, sportsmanship, courtesy & civic virtue were significant for development behavior with significant values ? (0.05). And the most dominant variable influencing development behavior is the Civic Virtue variable with a beta coefficient of 0.243.
