Abstract

Analysis of the Effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Commitment through Employee Engagement as an Intervening Variable. Essay. Human Resource Management Study Program, STIE Malangkucecwara. This study aims to analyze the effect of Organizational Citizenship Behavior on Commitment through Employee Engagement as Intervening Variables. Essay. Data collection techniques used in this study used a questionnaire. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents. All respondents were Golden Tulip Holland Resort Batu employees. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Citizenship Behavior influences Commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior influences Employee Engagement, Employee Engagement influences Commitment and Employee Engagement as interverning variable Organizational Behavior (Ocb) influences Organizational Commitment.
