Abstract

There are several important factors in employe performance research. These factors are work environment, work conflict and work stress. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of work environment, work conflict, and work stress on employee performance at the Purnama Batu Hotel. The sample in this study were all hotel employees at Purnama Batu. Data where analyzed using Quantitative Methods. The results showed that the work environment had a significant positive effect on employee performance, work conflict had a significant negative effect on employee performance, work stress had a significant negative effect on employee performance.
